Giancarlo A. Recinos, Esq. is a Senior Associate in Bradley & Gmelich LLP’s Employment Law Department. His previous work experience in general civil litigation helped him obtain a thorough understanding of the court system, as well as hone his negotiation and mediation skills. Giancarlo currently provides advice and counsel on all employment law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Giancarlo was general counsel to corporate clients on all business formation and compliance matters as well as employment law matters, including wrongful termination, wage and hour, sick leave, FMLA and CFRA, sexual harassment, disputes relating to employee versus independent contract status, travel time, trade secrets, non-solicitation clauses, nondisclosure agreements and employment contracts. He also drafted employee handbooks for corporate clients.
Prior to focusing his practice on employment law, Giancarlo worked on workers compensation cases from inception through trial, and civil litigation plaintiff’s work.
Giancarlo is fluent in Spanish. When he’s not working, he loves to travel, read, play guitar, bass, and piano.
