CONTINUING OUR LEGAL REPRESENTATION FOR OUR CLIENTS AND

COMMUNITY DURING THE COVID-19 RESPONSE

To our clients, colleagues, adjusters, families, friends and communities where we live and work,

Everyone at Bradley & Gmelich LLP would like to express our deepest concern and support for the health and safety of all members of the Bradley & Gmelich community. We are actively monitoring local, state, and national guidelines and requirements for protecting the well-being of ourselves and each other.

Business Continuity and Remote Work

Following the recent state and local government “Safer At Home” Orders, we have implemented a comprehensive business continuity plan that enables a seamless remote work environment for our attorneys, support staff and all operational departments of our Firm. To help protect public health and implement social distancing as an effective means of slowing the transmission rate of COVID-19, our remote work protocols address the goal of personal and public safety.

Our firm is fully-equipped to work remotely on your behalf.  This includes conducting legal research and case analysis, making court filings electronically, dealing with opposing counsel, participating in court hearings telephonically (as most of them are right now), etc. Please do not hesitate to reach out to any of your Bradley & Gmelich contacts about work-related matters, claim- or litigation-related matters, or just want to chat if you are going stir-crazy at home. We are here to assist in whatever way we can.

Communications and Data Security

There is no change to the phone or email methods of communication that you currently utilize to reach our attorneys and professional support personnel. Our firm’s technology allows our voice-over-internet protocol (VOIP) for telephones to work directly with our team’s mobile phones if they are not in their office. Additional video communication options are also available. You will continue to have responsive and effective access to your team at Bradley & Gmelich. Whether our attorneys and support team are remote or in our offices, our data information security standards best practices and protection of confidential information remain the same. All network remote access is through our highly secure servers. We are open for business and continue to provide the high quality legal services and professional commitment that clients have come to expect and experience.

Questions

We also understand that many of our clients have implemented their own COVID-19 related policies and procedures, and we look forward to coordinating and supporting your efforts as well. If you have any questions or specific needs as we work through these challenging times together, please contact us for assistance.

Thank you for being part of the Bradley & Gmelich community as we combine our energies to make certain all of our collective employees and their families stay safe and healthy.
